Urination. The muscle that controls you being able to urinate is the same that controls ejaculation. While urinating, try stopping, then starting up again, and repeating. Remember, though, that it’s still a muscle, so do this in moderation.
This will help you as you get older, too. Being able to control the muscle better will allow you to urinate easier in older age, and allow you to prevent those "oops" moments.

Does anyone have tried Kegel exercise? Any success?
1- Wear a thick condom that decreases the sensations.
2- Start counting slowly from 1 to 100 or beyond.
3- Keep squeezing your anus frequently to delay the urge.
Practice it. Believe me this really works for me.

are you supposed to be able to close it? all the way? what does it mean about my pc muscle strength if i can’t close it? with one spring. i had to move it to the second post then i could but I can never close it all the way.
I used to use it and I never could get it closed all the way either. They say that if you can easily close it then it’s not on the right resistance. I think the point is just to move/close it as far as possible and as many times as possible. If you can’t move it then you need to ease up on the resistance but as long as it’s moving you’re exercising the PC muscles. It really doesn’t matter all that much whether it’s closing or not, although I think eventually you should be able to work your way up to closing it. If you’re having difficulty with one spring it might not be in correctly or your muscles might just need work. If it’s the latter than just keep working at it. You’ll get there.

i recently went to my gyn and she confirmed that my episiotomy could have been done better..I feel a little loose and it looks has if the stitches should have been done further up. she recommend that it be redone. I am doing my kegel to try and tighten up otherwise. Not sure it i am hitting the right muscle because i am not able to stop my urine..but while doing what i think is the exercise i feel as if i can have an orgasm if i try hard enough. am i hitting the right muscle.
You are hitting the right muscle by the sound of it – if unsure rather than trying to stop the flow of urine try inserting a finger or two into your vagina and flexing this muscle, you’ll feel then if it’s right.
I’d also suggest talking to your gyn about this, they should have a machine available to test this and test your muscle tone – from there they’d also be able to give some advice on what methods are best to use. Flexing on your own is just fine, but you may find it easier to use tools such as barbells, weights, or pelvic toners, it may also work better for you to use a TENS vaginal toner.
Kegals don’t tighten your vagina, they are made to improve vaginal muscle tone.

what is Pelvic Floor muscles/ Pelvic muscles. In which side of body Pelvic Floor muscles/ Pelvic muscles is situated and how could I squeeze the muscles externally (out side the body).

The pelvic muscles supports the bladder and the bowel and is made up of layers of muscle that stretch from the tailbone at the back to the pubic bone in front.
Muscles around the anus
You should then tighten the ring of muscle around your anus without squeezing your bottom, according to government advice from the Australian Department of Health and Ageing.
Muscles around the urethra
To feel these muscles, try to stop your flow of urine mid-stream, and then restart it.
You should only do this to find which muscles to use, or to check your progress.

What improvement did u see and how often do u exercise?
so far, I do not have premature ejaculation, and I came across Kegel exercise and just thought, if I practise this exercise, will I improve my performance further..
… else it’s ok.
I do them a few times a week. I have anal sex so it’s nice not to have a stretched out rectum lol They definatly do work for that.
I don’t notice a difference in any other place though.

i’ve been doing kegel exercise for a few days
let’s say a month later
how can i test my ejaculation?
do i need to masturbate and hold it like i did when i exercised or what?
also when we have sex,just have it like usuall or we need to hold the ejaculation?
i mean it’s kinda hard when you are stroking but also want to hold it
so i need to stop for a few seconds then start again
is that how it works?
I’m sure by now you’ve gotten bored of your Kegel exercises and have started something new.
However, for informational purposes, the anus is the main area contracted when a Kegel is done. This is because the pubococcygeus muscle begins around the anus and runs up to the urinary sphincter.
True, they’re supposed to increase the strength of an erection (you’re the best judge of that) and may enhance an orgasm (once again, you’re the best judge of that) but to actually test if one of your muscles is stronger then I’ll simply point out again that Kegel exercises primarily serve to strengthen the male anus sphincter and really, do you WANT to engage in that sort of experiment?
Just trying to help you understand the full aspect of what you are or are no longer doing. Oh, have sex normally. You don’t do Kegels during actual sex. To help a woman reach orgasm you might want to "pause" so that you don’t climax too soon. This gives her a chance to climax with you.
